Scoring Pattern: To pass, a candidate must obtain a minimum of **40% marks in each paper** AND a minimum of **50% marks in the aggregate** of all four papers. There is **no negative marking** in the Foundation exam.

The exam is conducted in two sessions on the same day. Each session is for 2 hours (120 minutes) and covers two papers.

The results are typically declared within 1 to 2 months after the examination date.

The fee structure involves a one-time course registration fee (around âš6,000) and a separate examination fee (around âš1,200) for each attempt. These fees are subject to change by ICMAI.
